Delete your Hunting Game account

This page deletes your Hunting Game account for good. You do not need the app installed. Please read what happens before you start.

Deleting is permanent. It cannot be undone.

Once it is done we cannot bring your account back, and neither can support. Your level, your coins and your friends are gone for good.

What we delete

  • Your account and every way you sign in to it
  • Your profile, your username and your photo
  • Your games, your XP, your coins, your achievements and your stats
  • Your friends and the messages you sent

What we keep, and why

We delete everything personal from your account straight away. A few things stay for a short time:

  • an encrypted record that the deletion happened, for 10 days;
  • our database backups, which are overwritten within 7 days;
  • our server logs, for up to 30 days.

If we ever restore a backup, we delete your account again straight away. Emails you sent us stay until you ask us to delete them. Ad-measurement data that Meta holds carries no account ID, so we cannot reach it.

Games that other people played keep an entry called “Deleted player” where you used to be, so their game history still makes sense. It has no name, photo, email address or account ID.

This does not cancel a paid subscription

If you pay for Hunting Game Pro through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account here does not stop that payment. Cancel it in the store to avoid future charges.

  • On iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  • On Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions.

Delete my account

There are two steps, and you need access to your email. Nothing is deleted until you finish both.

Have an old guest account without an email address? There is nowhere for us to send a code. Delete it in the app instead: Settings, then Account and security, then Delete my account.

Use the address you sign in with. We will send you a 6-digit code to check it is really you.

Changed your mind? Just close this page. Nothing happens until you finish both steps. Questions first? Email contact@hunting-game.com and a person will answer.
